People with a connection to Shipdham and its neighbouring parishes were first in line to be considered for 24 new affordable homes built in the village for South Norfolk-based Saffron Housing Association.
Saffron's director of development Mick Loftus said, "We would take the opportunity to thank all those who have made this possible, with particular thanks to Paul and the team at Wellington Construction who have worked hard over a period of time to get the project off the ground."
Ten two-bedroom houses, two three-bedroom houses, six one-bedroom flats and six one-bedroom bungalows were delivered and occupied by local people by the end of 2020.
