Thrigby Road, Filby is an excellent example of the kind of small-scale residential development which Wellington specialises in. Three four-bedroom homes have been built on the site of a former bungalow.
Having purchased the site, Wellington secured planning for the new homes, submitting sympathetic plans with each of the three units to be built to a different design – no ‘one-size-fits-all’ boxes here. Wellington’s own design incorporated a traditional look and materials, so that the new homes would fit in with this Broadland village – especially as the site is right at the heart of the village, opposite the pub.
Unsurprisingly with such a design, a superb location, and an attention to detail in the finish, all three homes sold off-plan, enabling the buyers to make further bespoke choices about fittings and decoration.
